Our review is limited to a consideration of the assignments of error as to matters of law in the trial in the Superior Court. Worsley v. S. & W. Rendering Co., supra; Sprinkle v. Reidsville, 235 N.C. 140, 69 S.E.2d 179; Wilson v. Charlotte, 206 N.C. 856, 175 S.E. 306.
